The table measures exactly what it said it would but I was surprised that it seemed small. The directions are hard to follow I wish they would put a few words in it. I put it together wrong and had to redo it. I'm going to see about adding some photos later to help others. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. really love this table! It came right on time for an event I was hosting, so the timing could not have been better. I needed some extra space for setting things out, and this worked perfectly. One of the things I love most is the height. It’s a really comfortable height and made it easy to use without having to bend over or feel like everything was sitting too low.
