Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . Simpler install without needing electric hookup was a plus and also cheaper . no warm water option was not as big of an issue as I thought … water pressure on bidet spray tube is high so don’t turn it on when you’re facing it or you will get sprayed in the face.. It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. This range hood is high quality. I bought a cheaper version a few years ago for my old house. I liked it, but now that I have this I can see where the cheaper one was lacking. This range hood is thicker steel that wont dent as easily. The oil tray is steel, the baffle filters feel commercial grade, the large duct size really moves a lot of air. I am glad I spent the money. Its loud but quieter than the old one. Relatively quiet for the amount of air it moves. The instructions are good, mounting is easy and secure. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch benchmark induction range is a great piece of hardware. I love how fast it brings water to a boil and how well built it appears to be. The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly.
