We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. Now if the TV or one of us saying something similar to "Hi Awoco" (prompt for commands) gets her talking we have a good chuckle.. Norma. Ware, MA. Sat Feb 14 2026

Blanco makes the best stainless steel sinks. This sink is very roomy and beautiful. If you buy a stainless steel sink it MUST have sound dampening. The stainless steel baffle filters capture grease particles and airborne contaminants from exhaust air which enables easy maintenance through dishwasher-safe construction. The baffle design enables effective grease collection while it ensures sufficient airflow through the entire filtration system. The dual LED light fixtures produce bright light which directs onto the cooktop surface to enhance visibility during food preparation and cooking activities. LED technology uses less electricity compared to traditional incandescent bulbs while delivering a longer operational life span. The ETL compliance certification shows that products meet the electrical safety regulations which both the United States and Canada recognize. The installation process needs both a dedicated electrical circuit and existing ductwork, which must match the required diameter to operate at 600 CFM.

Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did.
