We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. This range hood is high quality. I bought a cheaper version a few years ago for my old house. I liked it, but now that I have this I can see where the cheaper one was lacking. This range hood is thicker steel that wont dent as easily. The oil tray is steel, the baffle filters feel commercial grade, the large duct size really moves a lot of air. I am glad I spent the money. Its loud but quieter than the old one. Relatively quiet for the amount of air it moves. The instructions are good, mounting is easy and secure. This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. My driveway has now gone through two winters and the sealant is still somewhat effective, but I think I will need to coat it again this fall.. Bryan. Halifax, NS. Thu Mar 26 2026

We were able to get it installed until we can get the part. The features of this toilet are great and you will not be disappointed! It is a great value and worth the effort.
