It brings incredible amounts of freedom of movement, making it perfect for families with children and grandparents. To help ensure that the shower hose is a perfect length it is included along with many bars.

Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. Our WC plates feature dual-flush actuation of 6 liters and 3 liters – allowing the user to choose how much water to use. For further water saving, all Grohe cisterns can be adjusted to reduce the larger flush volume to 4.5 liters.
