This frame seems extremely sturdy. It took me about two hours to unboxed and put together both chairs. The instructions could be better, and I did use my own tool when attaching the chair to the swivel base. I was a bit disappointed in the cushions, even after they fluff up they still don’t have very much in them. I do like the fact that you can unzip the cover and put them in the wash when necessary.. They have room to improve on this one. They look really nice and the finish is exactly what we were looking for, so I added a star, but that's about all of the good things I have to say about it. The build quality is really sub par. The welded nuts aren't even, so you have to force some of the pieces to line up for the bolts to fit. Even then, I didn't get all of the bolts to fit. Some of the holes didn't line up properly. The welds all over were booger welds, and a lot of them were already flaking their finish off. There were spots of rust forming where the finish has already flaked off. The faux wicker isn't finished on the ends properly, so some parts will start coming apart soon. The fire pit feels higher quality, and went together a lot easier. Overall, this doesn't command the price they are charging, and feels like a flat pack item you would find at Big Lots.. Anonymous. Actually bought 2 more chairs and 2 small tables to make a conversation area for new deck and substituted the lava rocks for blue glass. Love it! The quality of the chairs and firepit was better than expected and the chairs are very comfortable. No need for lumbar support throw pillows. The shipments came within days and was easily assembled.
