This Presenza Laundry Sink is perfect for what I need without spending thousands on a decent quality sink to replace a cheap plastic one I had for way too long. I have been waiting a while to find a sink that would fit into my space and also wide and deep enough for my dog to fit into. The cabinet came unassembled but my husband said it was pretty easy to put together and we were both impressed it had soft close doors! We had a plumber install the sink, so I cannot comment if it is difficult as a DYI; however, our plumber was very pleased how everything fit nicely into place. The faucet is impressive, but it's new! When I received the bookcase, the two long sides were damaged from shipping. I called customer service and replacement parts were sent right away. When I started putting the bookcase together, the back, which is very thin, we’re warped from moisture (I live on the water). I laid them flat and put heavy books on top and they straightened out. The instructions for assembly are very precise. Be sure to hammer the dowels in good or they will pop through the connecting piece. Otherwise, I really like the bookcase. Blanco makes the best stainless steel sinks. This sink is very roomy and beautiful. If you buy a stainless steel sink it MUST have sound dampening.
