A little damaged by being delivered, scratched, contacted support and next day got back with me on ways to find a solution. But have yet to hear back now. Overall machine is pretty decent, sides get hot at first, but then cools off. The spacing is a little tighter than we thought. Normal 750ml wine bottles can’t really fit in both ways, that shows in picture (that’s a con), so I wouldn’t say 45 bottles. Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Cooler is great, but their packaging sucks. 1st one showed up from FEDEX dented on the door and hinge was broken, making it unusable. Wayfair was awesome and immediately sent me a new one, which showed up with dents in the exact same places!! However, this one is still usable, so I am just dealing with it.
