I only installed this 2 weeks ago but so far it’s still running. It’s a little louder than my previous Edgestar. Overall I’m glad I bought it. My last one lasted 10 yrs which is why I bought the same brand again. I used the Wayfair installation through Angie. It was fine but I was disappointed to find out they don’t move it. I live on the fourth floor w/ no elevator so I needed it brought up the stairs. We worked it out but I think that needs to be more clear when you pay for installation.. Sara. Chicago, IL. I was not stuck with the hassle of trying to return the item. Again I never expected that type of service. Thank you Wayfair! The item was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. When we opened the box the packing seemed to be fine but there was a dent in the top front left corner.
