Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. Very energy efficient and sleek looking. I installed through the wall with no issues. Only problem is that it was damaged during shipping but Wayfair made it right. This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. I received this as part of a tried and true program, and this ink is beautiful. It is well packaged/protected with foam and bubble wrap. The template that comes it with is folded so not perfect, definitely needs someone who is knows what they are doing to install it. i haven't pick out my countertop yet so it cannot be installed yet. but i love that it is all rounded and comes with the sink drainer. the inside measures 25 x 16 the outside measure 26 3/4 x 17.
