The tub is very deep. The length of the tub is only 5 ft minus the large edge around the back of the tub. A tall person may find it a bit tight. All was in working order. Our only disappointment which is why I didn’t rate it five stars was it came poorly packaged. The tub was just sitting in the box, nothing to protect the corners, nothing wrapped. When this tub works, it’s wonderful! I wanted a heater but didn’t get one. I bought this instead and found I really didn’t need one. The water stays warm the entire time.
