Listen, is it kind of ridiculously expensive Yes! Have I found it to be worth it Yes! Now, here’s the caveat, I purchased this for our downstairs bathroom. I’m not sure if I’d be willing to buy two of these for a double vanity due to the price. The best thing about this faucet isn’t the elegant design or color, it’s the fact that my two toddlers and husband can turn this thing on full blast and it won’t spray everywhere like our other faucets do. I didn’t realize how important this was to me, until we had it and now I can never go back to exploding water. So much less clean up. Ps. Installed this as a part of my bathroom renovation and I couldn't be happier. It allows me to have a over the head rainshower shower head without having to have to relocate my plumbing into my ceiling. I did have to redo some plumbing to get the shower spout to the correct height for install. The rail attaches to the shower plumbing at the upper bracket, the lower bracket is merely for support. There is a built-in hand-held shower diverter, so you will need to consider the right sized shower hose and hand held shower head. Pros: High-end contemporary design. Solid build.
