Great Product! Highly Recommend! Price fluctuates on this, but I got it on sale for around $48. I wanted to get the 8 spray model S-2251, but it costs over $100 for 2 more spray heads. So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor. Reached out to customer service after I ordered, before it shipped because website says it doesn't include the handles or drain piece, and they confirmed it doesn't include drain. HOWEVER, upon receiving and opening the box, it does include both the drain and the handles. As the drain by itself costs $300, ik sure this will be helpful information to have for any future customers as well as the website that sells the product.
