Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I purchased 2 of the brushed nickel faucets. They are very high quality! Replaced cheap falling apart delta faucets that were in the house when we bought it. This a beautiful faucet, sleek and tidy. It was fairly easy to install. The water flow is strong and the handle movement is smooth and solid. I liked that it included the drain assembly as not all of the faucets I looked at did. It arrived quickly after ordering. I had an unusual problem with a different faucet that I had ordered from Wayfair earlier, but I felt confident ordering from Wayfair again due to their exceptional customer service.. Carol.
