I received this as part of a tried and true program, and this ink is beautiful. It is well packaged/protected with foam and bubble wrap. Blanco makes the best stainless steel sinks. This sink is very roomy and beautiful. If you buy a stainless steel sink it MUST have sound dampening. I bought a karran sink faucett and the end spout broke off. I tried to buy a replacement adapter with no luck and called the customer service directly. Ice Gray

So, the sink is beautiful and I love the offset drain and the work station features (extra cost but you can have a cutting board, colander, drying board and soaking bowl). However, two separate sinks were delivered with cracks in the corner. One was substantial, and I returned it to Wayfair w/o issue. The second was a small hairline crack that was just forming, and I exchanged it under warranty with Kohler. I got a 3rd sink with no issues, but now I'm scared cracks might develop down the road. Unfortunately the counter was already templated to this sink (which btw you must use the template to make sure the edges are exposed for the accessories), so I just have my fingers crossed. Nice sink. I like the curved (easier to clean) bottom corners and the 90 degree sides so that the cutout on the counter is still crisp. Comes with good accessories including a deep strainer basket and a drain cover. Because of the workstation ledge, the cutout needs to be perfect (precise to a mm or so). Very happy with this sink in the washup/laundry room. The sink is deep enough to water some plants and still have room to wash up dirty hands. The 28 inch width was just the right length needed for a sink replacement in an existing countertop renovation. The sink is of good quality stainless steel and is sound insulated.
