Zero stars. It doesn’t come with any tools to get a plug off the back. Tool needed is a massive hex key that is nearly impossible to find. Please tell people before they buy or at least in the instructions that they need this tool. It also never cooled past 19 degrees and is a PAIN to get a refund. Blanco makes the best stainless steel sinks. This sink is very roomy and beautiful. If you buy a stainless steel sink it MUST have sound dampening. I had a very hard time finding the right sink grid for my country sink with the hole on the left. The hole in my sink sits 6" from the side. All the others sit 2" from the side. The RainDrain Rock drain trim flex 27 5/8" (finish set) from hansgrohe is a high-quality, flexible drainage solution for modern showers.
