The negatives for me are the side opposite of the desk is unfinished, it just has black backing on the side so it limits where the bed can be placed from an aesthetic perspective it basically has to be in a corner if you don’t want to see the black backing side. The bed arrived extremely fast and everything came nicely packaged. I opted to put the whole thing together myself. It’s not too difficult but a bit tedious. This queen bed is adorable. It was super easy to put together. The screws were mislabeled in the packaging so it took a few minutes to figure out what screws went with what. After that it was like 20 min to finish it. The headboard height can be adjusted up or down depending on how high or low you want it. I just chose the middle. Love these beds. Best with a 12” mattress without boxspring so you can open the secret compartment. Twin is best but we put a twin xl on one of them and no support issues!
