[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Serta mattresses and this one did not disappoint! It has great support but is not firm. It is soft and very comfortable. I have back pain and mornings are always hard for me to get up and moving. Since I have switched to this mattress I do not wake up with any aches or pains!
