[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one week of use I have observed that this dishwasher gets the dishes clean (even the stuck on stuff on heavy duty cycle) and is very quiet. It does what it is supposed to do. The only issues I have are that the silverware basket is too small (it needs to be twice as long) and and that you have to download an app to your phone and connect to your dishwasher in order to use some functions (i.e. machine care or rinsing). There were a few minor bends that I believe were due to delivery of the product as it is not in a completely sturdy box. However, the color is perfect for a dark dark gray and matches my gazebo I bought to turn into my chicken coop. The pictures are just showing the unfinished product but it is easy to work with..
