We’ve had a couple sets of these stools for about 9 months and they’ve held up well. The assembly process of screwing through the support bars into the legs with just the screw and no pre-drilled hole isn’t overly secure and we had to size up a couple screws that immediately stripped, and the bolts need occasional tightening with frequent use. This was overall a great buy. It took a bit of figuring out to get the bottom ring to align in all the holes, but after taking a few deep breaths I saw the bigger picture. Be sure not to tighten the legs all the way before inserting the bottom ring because you’re going to have to shift the legs in place a little when aligning the bottom ring. Great product for the price. Easy to assemble, no broken or missing parts. Delivery came as expected. These stools are great for a kitchen islandbar and don’t take any space when not being used. We’ve had to tighten the legs occasionally from using them, but have had them for 6 years now and still going strong with daily use and grandkids onoff them weekly. These stools are very nice and heavy as they are solid wood. I was looking for stools that wouldn't tip over when my grandchildren are here and I have no worries with these.
