This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Behold! The unbroken 14-inch rough in toilet! The first toilet’s base arrived broken, and not well packaged. I called Wayfair, and they immediately sent out a whole new toilet, even though the tank arrived unscathed. I was really nervous about the second one arriving broken as this was the very last key to the bathroom remodel, and I am ready to have my bathroom back. Luckily, they packaged the second base a lot better, and I also was able to manage being outside when the FedEx driver pulled up, to make sure he treated it well, which he did. Also, when the plumber was installing this toilet, he mentioned that the Cadet Pro is the toilet he recommends to people, so that felt good knowing I bought a decent one.
