Used this WL550 sealer on a powerwashed 20+ year old patio. This product did a good job reviving some color without the fake looking shine of sealers with glossy finishes. I wouldn't call it a 100% "wet look' when done -- would have preferred a little darker -- but given the age of the patio, the results were pretty good. I used about 2 1/3 gallons to cover 365 sq ft using a pump sprayer. Product had a strong odor, but it dissipated soon after the job. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! We love this water-based epoxy. We've used it on our basement concrete floors in the past and are currently using it on our Pole Barn concrete floors. I've even used it on a concrete table we built. This is really unique and looks wonderful in our earthy and western style bathroom. However, before installation, they crack really easily. It took us 3 sinks to finally get one installed. I haven’t finished installing them yet, but the paving stones are very pretty. They’re a good size, have nice color variation across the pieces, and are nicely brightening up the side of my house. They arrived on a small, less than 2x3’ pallet that will be easy to dispose of, and the drivers were easy to contact, friendly, and right on time. 2 of 20 pieces were broken, but I consider some breakage normal whenever you’re shipping tile or stone. However grout is needed to fill the space between tiles. I uploaded some pictures so you can see how beautiful that tile is. It appears more on the red/pinkish tone in the pictures.
