The ordering process and delivery were fine. The quality of the product is good. Unfortunately, the selling company, Aarco, did not pack this whiteboard with any protection. It was just stuck in a box! After peeling off the protective covering when we hung the board this week, there was a dent. I order online regularly and most sellers ship their product well packed. This is a beautiful-looking whiteboard! I bought it for my office, and the wooden frame looks great. However, there was a small crack in the frame. I was also surprised that the whiteboard is not magnetic and there's no ledge, so be aware you'll need a place to put your markers and eraser, and a magnetized marker holder won't work.. Christina. Great product. The slate magnetic professional Series 120 is awesome. Everything arrived before the actual delivery date which was great. I would recommend breaking the board in by covering entire surface with chalk with the chalk on its side. After covering the board erase, write on it and then wash with water and a sponge. The chalk tray is wide enough to hold chalk and erasers. The magnetic capability is great. Also, you can purchase 1" map hook and clips and 1" inch flag display holders for this board as well. This is a great addition to my office! I moved some things around and needed this smaller size, and was surprised at how much room it has for pinning. I love the distressed look of the frame, it's much more beautiful in person than in the photos. The board itself is also really pretty, with a multicolored cream and light brown texture to the linen fabric. I'm not sure why it says corkboard, this is much nicer than cork, and it doesn't look "cheap." This is very lightweight and comes with mounted hooks on the back to hang either vertical or horizontal. I didn't want to have to measure so my nails hit exactly where the hooks are, so I installed a sawtooth picture hanger on the top in the middle of the back of the frame, and it made hanging it so fast and easy.
