The ordering process and delivery were fine. The quality of the product is good. Unfortunately, the selling company, Aarco, did not pack this whiteboard with any protection. It was just stuck in a box! After peeling off the protective covering when we hung the board this week, there was a dent. I order online regularly and most sellers ship their product well packed. I was also surprised that the whiteboard is not magnetic and there's no ledge, so be aware you'll need a place to put your markers and eraser, and a magnetized marker holder won't work.. Christina.
