This ice maker is fabulous! Firstly- it makes ice SO fast. Literally within minutes of plugging it in, it had ice made. We use a lot of ice and it has the tray filled back up to full in no time. It is really a nice machine. I did find the ice to be on the smaller side and wanted to return it. But it really keeps my water cold. I use it in my waterbottle and I still have ice left after drinking it. So with all the great features...lights up automatically, constant ice replenishment, ice cold drinks... we decided the smaller ice was fine. I just prefer a bit bigger pieces for iced coffee.
