Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. So far so good! Temperature is set 25 degrees different between the beverage side and wine side. So far wine is perfect temp. Haven’t had a chance to test the colder beverage section but working great so far. Look is good, not loud at all. I like that the light can easily be turned on or off (I didn’t like the idea of a blue light being on all the time). The wooden sliding shelves are simply designed, they slide easily and just catch themselves on a stop to ensure they don’t slide too far out. This has worked out perfectly for us. I love that the shelves slide out so far - I can actually see what's in there! We are able to get close to full capacity, with 7-8 mixed bottles on each of the 6 main shelves. Cooler is great, but their packaging sucks. 1st one showed up from FEDEX dented on the door and hinge was broken, making it unusable. Wayfair was awesome and immediately sent me a new one, which showed up with dents in the exact same places!! However, this one is still usable, so I am just dealing with it.
