Unfortunately I did not measure the height correctly and my counter has a lip. So I haven’t placed it in my pantry yet, but I like it. It has a large capacity and gets pretty cold, so it’s a keeper. The Good This pull-out shelf is exceptionally well-made and feels incredibly sturdy once installed. The wood finish is high-quality, and the full-extension rails operate smoothly, making it effortless to access items at the very back of the cabinet. The Installation I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to install. The provided instructions were great—clear, logical, and easy to follow. Additionally, the included alignment guide was a fantastic touch that made the setup much more precise and straightforward. The Sizing (A Note for Beginners) The only challenge I faced was deciding on the final dimensions. Despite measuring four separate times to be certain, my lack of experience in this area made the sizing process a bit confusing. I really love the shelf, but looking at it now, I do wish I would have ordered it one inch wider to fully capture the potential of the space. Because of the sizing gap, I currently have a 3/4-inch space on each side that cuts down on the usable surface area. It will ultimately be up to my wife to decide if we keep this unit or try another path. To avoid this uncertainty, I strongly suggest emailing or calling the company for clarification before you place your order to ensure a perfect fit. The drawers are high quality. We purchased 4 and they all were perfectly made. It starts with being sure of the measurements. They provide the information on how to measure - be sure to follow the directions to get the correct sizing. I put 2 drawers in 2 double door cabinets - each size for each location was different. So, again, be sure of your measurements. Each drawer was fully assembled. All that was required was to install the rails inside the cabinets. This also required attention to detail. Be warned the measurements are wrong. In my case it needed to be as advertised. The drawer measures 18 1/2” and with the tracks in place the total width is 18 7/8. (Almost 19”). I had to move the table legs to fit the actual width. Now that said- I made it work because the drawer is great. Slides easily and is not too deep as others would have pinned my legs to the chair and this is slim but just what we wanted. I installed 2 and one of tthe 4 tracks had a different clip installed but got around it. There are no instructions or screws either. You had to squeeze the gray clip in the track and remove the drawer in order to drill in the screw closest to the table edge. Once the tracke are on you back the drawer into place.
