We bought one of these lamps and we were thrilled with it. We got a new piece of artwork we wanted to illuminate, so we bought another. After installing the lamp, we gave it a full charge. We wanted to use the lamp a few days later and it was completely dead. Tried charging it a second time and had the same results. The lamp would not hold the charge. We contacted Wayfair to let them know of the problem. Wayfair immediately sent out a replacement lamp. It works perfectly. Very grateful Wayfair fixed the problem so fast.
