Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices.
