Great Product! Highly Recommend! Price fluctuates on this, but I got it on sale for around $48. I wanted to get the 8 spray model S-2251, but it costs over $100 for 2 more spray heads. So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor. You can see where it looks like a flaw in the ceramic which leads me to think they are selling seconds or rejects on Wayfair. I bought this to be next to its matching faucet. The stainless is gorgeous. However, it's a bit awkward to push to get the soap out because you have to push on the base and hold your other hand way-out to catch the soap, so no "one-handed action" with this guy.
