WARNING - 40 minute return process & shipping fees! Bought 2 pendants, but wanted to return them because the cords are very cheap looking. Two Problems: 1) They are charging a return fee of $29 (or, I could keep the items and get just a 20% refund.) 2) The return process didn't let me choose 1 box to return in. Each pendant comes in 2 boxes, 1 small box for the cord and a bigger box for the shade. So, 2 pendants = 4 boxes, and both pendants (4 boxes) arrived together in one large box. 40 minutes (!) chatting with Customer Service, who could not understand tI wanted ONE label for the one big, original box containing 2 pendants packed in 4 smaller boxes, until I uploaded photos. I replaced recessed cans over a kitchen bar with two of these. The only thing I would change is if the shade was less opaque so 4 stars instead of 5.
