There are a couple of interesting things about this range I wish I knew before ordering. I will say this range does look really great if you can work around the weird issues. 1) this range is not normal counter depth, which means there will either be a gap in the back, or you will have to have this pushed further in than your cabinets (which I think looks strange). I’m sure this information is in the specs, but it was something I overlooked (that’s on me. I was only looking at the specific width I needed). 2) there is no space underneath the range for your 220V outlet. Our old range had ample space, so I didn’t think we’d have an issue but we did. The only work around we figured out was to remove this massive granite block attached to the range that acts as a weight. Something I thought was very strange. Lol 3) This range does not come with a power cord. We were able to use our old one, but just an FYI that you will need to have one handy. Again I’m sure this is in the description somewhere. 4) there were some pieces that feel a little cheap (like the bottom drawer and the way the oven glass is attached. The stove is smart-looking. There is only one rack for the oven. Adjustable width racks are sold on on-line sites, but I have not tried one. There was no broiler rack and pan. The one I have from my old stove fits well. The storage drawer is shorter than the bottom of the stove. My roasting pan and cooking spoons/forks/knives fit, but not regular cookie sheets which are too long for the drawer. Checking an oven thermometer is necessary to see if the oven has reached temperature when preheating, which one almost always needs to do unless merely toasting or thawing. The reason is that the oven light stays on after the oven has reached the set temperature; it is not designed to signal the correct temperature by turning off as is usual in all stoves I have ever used. Some bakers and cooks become apoplectic at that feature loss, but I can work with that and these other issues for the needed size. I would give this a 4 or even a 5-star review, but in less than 2-years with light use, the heating element for the oven burned out. It is very apparent that the element was poorly made with very rough finishing along one whole side of it, but that's not the worst part. I cannot find a readily available replacement for this unit. I finally found the phone number and spent over 25 minutes on the line with the Premier Levella customer support. They could only give me the part number and send a request for a quote for the part. That was 4-days ago and still no quote. It looks like I am going to need to buy a completely new range at this point. I suggest you stay far away from this brand!. Ernest. Houston, TX. Tue Jul 11 2023
