Have not assembled the grill yet am waiting until we get to yhe lake but in the past we have have not had any issues with the assembly, parts or quality. We were very, very pleased with the delivery process. The delivery men were polite and respectful! Item came precisely when they said it would and package was packaged nicely and came totally intact - no tears or bumps in the packaging. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen.
