Great support and very comfortable! I’m really happy with this 20×54 body pillow insert. It has a nice firm feel without being uncomfortable, and the shredded memory foam gives great support for side sleeping. I also like that the height is adjustable, so you can make it work for your comfort level. I haven’t put the cover on it yet, as I’m waiting for it to be delivered today, but even without the cover it feels soft, supportive, and well-made.
