[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ** I’m not sure if I was gifted the wrong finish, or if their chrome is more of a brushed nickel but it’s beautiful either way ** Fairly straight forward to install. Package included another box with the universal rough in. My husband is a plumber, and was a little apprehensive to install a shower head of this size because the weight can become an issue further down the road. He said this one felt more lightweight than others he has installed. Matches really nicely with our shower tile. I’m very happy with the finish, and the water flow is nice without being too slow or overpowering. HUGE shower head, almost comical. Makes for a really relaxing shower. The pipe that leads to the shower head is slightly narrow, and I really hope it doesn’t bend overtime. One other thing I wanted to note is that the box reads “guaranteed for life”. LOVE THAT. I would give 5* for this product as I love the look and feel and it works great, but it arrived with a missing screw. Wayfair was very understanding and offered us a partial refund or store credit. This faucet lifts to control the volume (water flow) and turns left and right to control the temperature. Many shower faucets only allow temperature control so if you want flow control as well, this is the one for you. This product is the trim only, i.e. the part that you see and use every time you shower. It does not include the valve (piece that goes inside the wall). You have to buy the valve separately which costs around 60-70 depending on where you get it from. Make sure you get the correct valve. It must be a Moen valve but not all Moen valves will work. For this faucet you need a M-core 3 series valve with 3 ports (if not connected to a bath) or 4 ports (if connected to both a shower and a bath). You also want to make sure you select a valve with the right connection type (PEX vs CCIPS). Your plumber should be able to help you select the right valve but Wayfair should add this information on the product’s description page.
