Not very happy with my order at all as I ordered 4 holes pre-drilled for the taps and I was delivered a 2 hole pre-drilled sink. The product was packaged in a way that had holes cut in the sides of the box for easy handling and the sink was not covered or packaged properly so it was exposed for anyone who handled the box could touch the basin of the sink and scratched it up.. I have several stove top smokers. This is one of them. It does a good job, you just have to insure the wood chips (make sure they are real fine) don't get wet from the juices. A little foil on the bottom with the ends turned up will do the trick. I smoke salmon regularly for my wife. Since I cook on an induction top, this smoker makes good contact with the hob and works efficiently. You will have to experiment to get your desired smoke flavor.. Jtom4cats.
