Model HC20WW is a 20" wide range hood ideal for apartments and other smaller kitchens. It comes in a clean white finish constructed from 21 gauge galvanized steel for a clean look and durable design. The powerful 2-speed fan is easily managed by a rocker switch with a high and low setting. This unit can operate at 200 CFM for thorough ventilation. This hood is convertible for horizontal or vertical ducted ventilation or ductless/recirculating ventilation where no exhaust connection to the outside is available. It ships ready for standard 3 1/4" x 10" rectangular ducting, but it can be used with a round 7" duct (no transition required). We include a combination aluminum mesh/charcoal filter to absorb grease, smoke, and odors. This unit accepts a standard light bulb (not included). Both the filter and lens cover snap in place, with no tools required to change out as needed. The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet.
