I love my Nanobond 3.5qt essential pan; it cooks like a dream. That said, I think even this size pan would’ve benefited from a helper handle. Monument Grills offers pre-seasoned cookware without synthetic chemicals. Use the flat side for pancakes, eggs, crispy pizza, etc., and the ribbed side for meats, steaks, broiling, and more. I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick.
