This is for the tank only! The manufacturer made an error in the listing when I first purchased this toilet set. Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well. FOR THE COMPLETE SET SEE "39676000 Essence 1.28 GPF (Water Efficient) Elongated Two-Piece Toilet (Seat Included)". These are gorgeous and of good quality as you would expect for Riedel. The only issue is that because of the lack of depth to the coupe glass they tend to easily slosh liquid out if you are walking with one. Same issue as you may have with any coupe glass though..
