Good quality faucet. You might need this model over model 8244, which has 4.5" handles, if your spay nozzle is less than four inches from the cold water valve. I learned that the colored foil stickers for hot and cold can be removed, exposing a recessed chrome area with recessed H and C lettering within. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application. You can see where it looks like a flaw in the ceramic which leads me to think they are selling seconds or rejects on Wayfair.
