An LED bulb is built into the fixture with a shade included to temper its ambient glow. We also love that it's dimmable to move you effortlessly from day to night. This mount has a hanging height of 3.5", so it's ideal for smaller areas with low ceilings. And it's rated for damp locations, so it's just the right addition for covered outdoor spaces.

These look great but are not completely sealed from bugs. I ran a bead of silicone around the edge inside the box to seal it but be warned this is almost certainly not recommended by the manufacturer as it would trap heat which could cause the LEDs to burn out sooner.
