Probably one of the worst products I ever purchased. If I could give it zero stars I would. The wires that are supposed to be threaded through the poles were not attached to the chandelier. I had to purchase a soldering gun in order to connect the wires. My husband broke up the box otherwise I would have returned it. Wayfair offered me a small credit to keep it but in my opinion it was definitely not enough for all the trouble I went through. The instructions were not clear.
