Packaging needs improvement. There’s scratches on some of the fan blades and the glass has scratches on it. Feels sturdy, but light enough to make installation easier. I mainly liked this product because of the APP to be able to use the fan. So you don’t necessarily need the remote. I had a fan previously that had a remote and I accidentally washed the remote because it was lost in the sheets when they went into the wash. lol. The fan works great and the light has 3 modes- yellowsoft, white and blue white. My only issue with this, which is partially my fault, is that there is no option for a dimmer… and let me tell you this light is BRIGHT. Unbelievably bright.
