Installed this color-changing bathroom fanlight recently and overall I’m really happy with it. Wayfair sent the wrong color since we wanted the matte black one, but support helped. The fan moves air well, the light is bright enough. Color modes are the fun bonus that makes the whole bathroom feel more modern. It’s great to have options… normal white light for getting ready, softer tones for nighttime, and color modes when you want a little vibe. That said, installation was a bit trickier than a standard fan because this unit has multiple functions (light fan color modes). We only had one existing electrical feed at the vent, and while the instructions said additional wiring was “optional,” we wanted to unlock the full potential so we ran an extra line to be able to control everything properly. The Vevor 16" extraction blower fan is extremely strong. This thing moves some serious air. Don't think you are going to be powering this thing up without anyone noticing. The fan has some serious torque and it is extremely loud in either the low or the high setting. Likely due to the all metal construction. The price seems very fair considering it comes with a hose and the quality seems to be there as well. The only thing I have an issue with is getting the hose to stay in place. The tie system works but is almost useless. I might switch out for a ratchet strap or something on the next use. Also this unit is very large. Your going to need some extra shelve space for storage. There is no way to directly control the light andor fan function directly through a wall switch. You are only able to turn on and off via the remote, which makes this feel incredibly cheap and inconvenient for a guest who may not know how to use the remote.
