I'm really disappointed with this cabinet, everything seemed to be going fine up until I got to the drawers, which is the final step. The drawers are very poorly constructed with the worst slide assembly I've ever had to deal with on a piece of furniture. The drawers do NOT want to stay shut and want to simply roll forward. I also had to do some adjustments on the right drawer slides to make it fit because the pre drilled holes were incorrectly positioned. Also, now that it's fully assembled and I've been able to take a step back and look at it, I see that the right hand side tilt-out drawer face is sitting crooked which is affecting use. It looks nice and was not difficult to assemble. I love the concept of this trash can, it keeps trash hidden and the drawers are great for storing trash bags however I have not been able to find plastic trash cans to fit it. Trash cans need to be no more than 10” deep, 14” wide and 20 12” tall. Would appreciate input on where to purchase that size. Also, it would be nice if the trash can could somehow be attached to the cabinet when opening it. There is about a 2” gap which allows trash to fall in between the trash can and the cabinet door. This piece definitely took more time and problem-solving to build than expected, a little over three hours total. The finished product looks really nice, and the color is beautiful. I especially love having both extra storage and a hidden trash can cabinet, which makes the space feel much cleaner and more organized. The assembly process was a bit more involved than I anticipated and required some patience and careful attention to detail. A few areas needed some adjusting during setup, particularly around the cabinet doors, to get everything aligned and opening smoothly. Once everything was properly positioned though, the final result looked great and felt sturdy. One thing to keep in mind is that this is not a quick or beginner-level assembly, so taking your time during the build will definitely help.
