Had a discrepancy with Wayfair about the location of the handle on this toilet, but very happy it was resolved. The customer service at Wayfair has been exemplary. Thank you. This toilet is very nice and so easy to clean with the skirt. It is a little difficult to install, but amazing after all is said and done. The height is perfect for seniors or anyone with knee or back issues. Looks great and love that it has a water saving flush assist feature so it uses less water. Very happy with this purchase..
