This one-of-a-kind art glass bowl is utilizing a centrifuge process that spins molten glass in large copper. The shape is formed after the glass stops spinning and the artisans begin to shape, mold, cut, and reheat the glass into the shape. After a long annealing process, the glass is cool, stable, and able to be packed.

The piece is exquisite! The pearly sheen inside glistens with the filtered sunlight. I have placed it atop my marble coffee table and together, stone and shell are quite a sight . I warred with getting these or the pedestal base, but due to replacing a bathtub with a unique plumbing layout, the feet were the best option if I needed to have my drain assembly facing the room. "Road to Canton" is a gloriously fun interpretive pattern celebrating a journey through the countryside. Dogs, Asian pagodas, Ginko trees, and a boat ride down the river all join together in a whimsical pattern painted by John Loecke of Madcap Cottage. We offer two versions of the light-colored pattern in porcelain, and on our Delfern Bench in coral and celadon fabrics. Canton is a narrow rectangle porcelain jar with a lift-off lid.
