These curtains look and feel like luxury. They are quite heavy so you can’t get away with not anchoring the curtain rod to the wall (I learned this the hard way). This may be obvious based on the material, but not great if you have cats or pets that can be in close contact, pet fur sticks to them and it’s hard to remove. I was surprised with how well everything was packaged! The box was very heavy, I helped the delivery driver take it up the one flight of stairs to my apartment LOL. I was able to put it together by myself, the hardest part was putting the upholstered part inside the wooden top. Very pleased with the frame and feels very sturdy and doesn’t make any sounds.. Love it! It is heavy, as it says it is, and doesn't require filling with sand or water which is nice. The wheels on the one side make it easier to move when on a smooth surface (otherwise I just pick it up entirely). I decided on four stars only because the very nice leather has an intentional "mottled look," which isn't my favorite, but I'll get used to it.
