It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. It's not real loud and is easy to drain out and clean! On setup, place the record turning motor right on the middle seam and try fitting 1 record so there is clearance on each side! Tighten it up, Then, you're good to go forever! I would only recommend that Vevor watch packing and all so that no dents occur, mine had a small one but wasn't worth making an issue, it had no effect on its function. For the price, it's an excellent value for what it does! Built from thick heavy gauge galvanized steel, the parcel box has a tough black powder-coated finish, and the locking retrieval door has a handle for easy opening and shutting. The incoming parcel door also has a handle for easy opening and shutting. Receiving a parcel box includes a lock and a set of keys. Does not include a clip for outgoing mail.

All metal drop box with a professional-looking paint job. Powder coated flat black, and I found it to be a very sturdy box. I made a form and mixed up some Quikset then mounted it to the slab. I then riveted a few signs to the box. I absolutely LOVE IT !!! This parcel package drop box is still holding up to the Michigan weather with zero issues.
