We've only had this for a month or so but so far, so good. The only issue that we've encountered is the rings around the center and right front burner (the bright chrome trim) has started to discolor as a result of food residue falling on them. It's so easy and effortless that I can put my cupcakes or cookies in the oven and set the temp and tower and not worry if it's cooking evenly because it is! Large party size frozen meals cook evenly without me having to constantly check and turn it. When entertaining we can have the main course on the warm zone and guests come and go grabbing food that is still hot and ready to eat. The cooktop was a bit of a learning curve for me when it comes to temperature settings. Since there are two size option to heat the front burner you turn the knob to the left to set the smaller circle or right for the larger one. There are also less numbers on these so if you cook by number (like the teens set eggs to cook at 2 on the front left burner), you really have to do that number on the same burner each time because the back burners go up to a higher number and it won't be the same. Not a hard learn, just something to work into muscle memory. The whole oven being an air fryer is amazing. Pretty great especially for the price. Heats up fast. Especially with boost mode on the burners. The knobs are nice and easy to use, yet have locking things that make them hard to accidentally turn on; good combination and harder to design well than it looks. Range included a huge really nice air frying tray that I love use. Smart Functions are optional which is good because I will never connect this or any appliance to my wifi. Cook top has proven durable and easy to clean so far. The interface for the oven and other functions is pretty good. Lots of little things that could be improved: * The largest burner is 11". Weird size. Please try to just make it 12" since that is a common skillet size. * Easy clean seems fairly ineffective. * Air fry mode is ok, but convection bake seemed to get better results for air frying. * The touch interface goes to sleep and needs an extra tap at first which is slightly annoying. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure.
